The TJCSA planning meeting is scheduled for November 1 and 2, 2018, at Holiday Inn Murfreesboro, located at 1453 Silohill Lane, Murfreesboro, TN 37129. The Association has blocked a number of rooms for Thursday (11/1/18). Please contact the hotel at (615) 751-5300 to reserve your room and use the group code, “JCS”. Or, you can reserve your room on line by using the booking link T.J.C.S.A. The directions are, once you click on the link, put the dates in that you would like to stay and the group code will pop up in the bottom right corner, then click “check availability” and follow directions. You must reserve your room on or before October 18, 2018. When reserving your room, you will be asked for a credit card to hold your room, only. When making room reservations, please specify that you are with TJCSA. You will be responsible for any additional nights other than Thursday night and any incidental costs that may arise from your stay. The room rate is $93.00. (Tax is 17.25%. If you are tax exempt, you will still have a 7.5% occupancy tax that will be added.) If no communication is received by the hotel regarding your room reservations, it will be assumed you do not plan to attend.
Cancellation Policy: If you have to cancel your trip to Murfreesboro, you MUST contact the hotel no later than 3:00 PM on the date before your arrival. Please contact Holiday Inn Murfreesboro, to cancel your reservation or you may be charged for your stay even if you do not attend. In the past, there have been last minute cancellations and the Association has been obligated to pay for several empty rooms. This process will protect TJCSA from those expenses.
