The TJCSA East Grand Division Conference is scheduled for March 5-6, 2020 at the Edgewater Hotel and Convention Center, 402 River Road, Gatlinburg, TN 37738.
The Conference is free to all current TJCSA (Tennessee Juvenile Court Services Association) members and $20.00 (non-refundable) Registration fee for non-members.
The Association has blocked a number of rooms for Wednesday (03/4/20) and Thursday (03/5/20). Please contact the Edgewater Hotel and Convention Center @ 1-800-423-9582 to reserve your room. You must reserve your room on or before 5:00 p.m. (EST) Tuesday, February 18, 2020. Identify yourself as a “Tennessee Juvenile Court Services 2020” attendee to receive the discounted price of $94.00 for single and double rooms. Any reservations that are to be tax exempt will require a copy of the organization’s TN Tax Exempt Certificate or the Federal 501(c)3 form. The certificate must be received in advance with the deposit.
Cancellation Policy: If you have to cancel, you MUST contact The Edgewater Hotel and Conference Center 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid being charged a penalty equal to the first night’s room and tax.
If you are interested in applying for a scholarship by the AOC, you may contact Stephanie Etheridge at Stephanie.Etheridge@tncourts.gov or call 615-741-2687 ext. 1111. Scholarship information will also be sent to each court by Ms. Etheridge as soon as it is available.
