The TJCSA planning meeting is scheduled for February 2-3, 2017, at the Comfort Inn 600 Red Ink Drive Mt. Juliet, TN 37122.
The Association has blocked a number of rooms for Wednesday (2/1/17) and Thursday (2/2/17). Please contact the hotel at 1-615-773-1455 to reserve your room. You must reserve your room on or before 5:00pm (CST) January 18. When reserving your room, you will be asked for a credit card to hold your room only. Please specify that you are with TJCSA, and if you plan to stay any additional nights other than Thursday night, which is being paid for by the Association. You will need to pay the hotel for any additional nights other than the one night the Association covers and incidental costs that may arise from your stay. The room rate is $91.00. If no communication is received by the hotel regarding your room reservations, it will be assumed you do not plan to attend.
Cancellation Policy: If you have to cancel your trip to Mt. Juliet, you MUST contact the hotel before 4:00 pm on the date before your arrival. Please contact Comfort Suites to cancel your reservation or you may be charged for your stay even if you do not attend. In the past, there have been last minute cancellations and the Association has been obligated to pay for several empty rooms. This process will protect TJCSA from those expenses.
