It is that time of year again for all the Juvenile Courts across Tennessee to come together and show their spirit for their county. We are doing the silent auction for the county baskets. This is a very exciting part of the TJCSA Conference and we expect it to be even bigger and better this year.
As you may already know, each county is asked to contribute a basket to the conference. The baskets usually contain items that are unique to that county. The baskets are auctioned off during the conference and the highest bidders will receive the baskets during the luncheon on Tuesday.
The silent auction has always been a great way for the TJCSA to generate funds for some of the conference expenses. The more creative baskets tend to draw a lot of great bids. So, as you think about your baskets remember that this serves a great purpose. The bigger the better!
All baskets must be set up by Sunday, August 4th in the designated areas. As soon as you check in, someone from the host committee will let you know where to set up your basket. We look forward to seeing the creative baskets again this year. Please contact me at (615)790-5812 or email me at ladoska.holt@williamsoncounty-tn.gov if you have any questions.
Thank you in advance,
Ladoska Holt
