The following is the set schedule for planning meetings in 2013-2014 for the 31st Joint Conference on Juvenile Justice:
May 1-2, 2014 – Comfort Suites (600 Red Ink Dr., Mt. Juliet, TN 37122)
February 6-7, 2014 – Comfort Suites (600 Red Ink Dr., Mt. Juliet, TN 37122)
November 14-15, 2013 – Edgewater Hotel (402 River Rd., Gatlinburg, TN 37738)

When reserving your room you will be asked for credit card information to hold your room only. Please specify that you are with the TJCSA and if you plan to stay any additional nights other than Thursday night, which which will be paid for by the Association. You will need to pay the hotel for any additional nights other than the one night the Association covers, as well as any incidental costs that may arise from your stay. If no communication is received by the hotel regarding your room reservations, it will be assumed you do not plan to attend.
You must contact the hotel at least three (3) days in advance, if you need to cancel your reservation. In the past there have been last minute cancellations and TJCSA has been obligated to pay for several empty rooms. This process will protect the TJCSA from those expenses.
