TJCSA members,
After careful consideration, the TJCSA Executive Committee and Board of Trustees decided not to host the TJCSA Annual Conference in Chattanooga, TN on August 2nd – 5th, 2020. TJCSA has been monitoring the pandemic situation closely with the health, safety and well-being of our members in mind.
We urge those who were planning to attend this year’s conference to please cancel hotel reservations immediately. All 2020 TJCSA Annual Meeting registration fees will be fully refunded.
Please remember that membership dues will still be collected and there is a membership form available on the TJCSA website for your convenience. We are in conversations about the possibility of hosting virtual training in lieu of an in-person conference. This would be available to anyone who has paid 2020 membership dues to join TJCSA prior to the virtual session dates. Registration fees will be waived for any virtual training hosted by the association. We will keep you updated as we have more information.
Your participation is welcomed in helping the association identify and recognize significant individuals, organizations and programs that have been outstanding in their contributions to the children and Juvenile Courts of Tennessee. You are encouraged to submit nominations for consideration that will be awarded during the 2020 TJCSA Annual Business meeting to be held virtually in August.
We ask for your patience as we work diligently to process refunds, answer questions and provide additional questions to our members, service providers and guests.
