The TJCSA planning meeting is scheduled for October 24th and 25th 2019, at Comfort Suites, located at 600 Red Ink Drive, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122. The Association has blocked a number of rooms for Thursday (10/24/19). Please contact the hotel at (615) 206-3310 to reserve your room and let them know that you are a member of the TJCSA room block. The hotel asks that reservations be made by phone and that you must reserve your room on or before September 30th, 2019. When reserving your room, you will be asked for a credit card to hold your room, only. You will be responsible for any additional nights other than Thursday night and any incidental costs that may arise from your stay. The room rate is $94.00. (Tax is 18.25%. If you are tax exempt, you will still have a 9% occupancy tax that will be added.) If no communication is received by the hotel regarding your room reservations, it will be assumed you do not plan to attend.
Cancellation Policy: If you have to cancel your trip to Mt. Juliet, you MUST contact the hotel no later than 4:00 PM, three days prior to your arrival. Please contact Comfort Suites, to cancel your reservation or you may be charged for your stay even if you do not attend. In the past, there have been last minute cancellations and the Association has been obligated to pay for several empty rooms. This process will protect TJCSA from those expenses.
