Letter from TJCSA President

I wish to acknowledge Barry Mitchell, outgoing President of TJCSA, from Memphis and Shelby County Juvenile Court, who did a fantastic job leading the Association from the fall of 2010 through August of 2011 culminating in the 28th Joint Conference on Juvenile justice. It was a well attended Conference in a lovely location (Peabody Hotel) which I am sure will leave many with good memories. I look forward to leading the TJCSA through the next year and anticipate a great conference at the Music City Sheraton in Nashville, TN to be held August 5-8, 2012.
