The TJCSA planning meetings are scheduled for May 9 & 10, 2019, and will be located at The Courtyard Franklin Cool Springs (2001 Meridian Blvd., Franklin, TN 37067) and The Residence Inn Franklin Cool Springs (2009 Meridian Blvd., Franklin, TN 37067). The Association has blocked a number of rooms for Thursday (5/9/19). Please use the following link to reserve your room and let them know that you are a member of the TJCSA room block. You may choose your hotel when you book your room, and when that block is full, your reservation will automatically be placed into the other block. Both hotels are great, they are side by side, and share a parking lot. Our meeting spaces will be located in both hotels and Hospitality will be located at The Residence Inn, as will a complimentary breakfast on Friday morning. Guests at The Courtyard will be given a ticket that may be used at The Residence Inn for the complimentary breakfast.
Book your group rate for TJCSA
You MUST reserve your room no later than April 20, 2019. When reserving your room, you will be asked for a credit card to hold your room, only. You will be responsible for any additional nights other than Thursday night and any incidental costs that may arise from your stay. The room rate is $129.00. (Tax is 18.25%. If you are tax exempt, you will still have a 9% occupancy tax that will be added.) If no communication is received by the hotel regarding your room reservations, it will be assumed you do not plan to attend.
Cancellation Policy: If you have to cancel your trip to Franklin, you MUST contact the hotel no later than 48 hours prior to your arrival. Please contact Lisa Roberts at 615-435-0649 or lroberts@chartwellhospitality.com to cancel your reservation or you may be charged for your stay even if you do not attend. In the past, there have been last minute cancellations and the Association has been obligated to pay for several empty rooms. This process will protect TJCSA from those expenses.
The TJCSA Appreciation Dinner will be Thursday evening and we will be providing transportation, leaving at 5:00 pm from the hotels’ parking lot. Dinner will be at Puckett’s in downtown Franklin and more details will follow, including the request of your RSVP.
