The TJCSA has reserved a block of rooms at the Chattanooga Marriott Downtown that have been released this morning for members to begin making their reservations for the 32nd Annual Joint Conference on Juvenile Justice from August 2-5, 2015. You may make your reservations by calling either (423) 756-0002 or (800) 841-1674.
Make sure to let them know that you are with the Tennessee Juvenile Court Services Association, when you call to make your reservations. Rooms are $133.92 with a tax-exempt (includes non-exempt city and occupancy tax) form or $145.39 without a tax-exempt form.
The cut-off date for reservations will be July 9, 2015.
If you choose to cancel your reservation, before the conference begins, remember that the hotel has a 72 hour cancellation policy.
Overflow accommodations will be at the Sheraton Read House, located near the convention center and main hotel. You may make reservations at the overflow hotel by calling (423) 266-4121.

Also, the deadline for the TJCSA’s Charles Campbell (emeritus members) and Charles Traughber (active TJCSA members) Scholarships have been extended until 4:00pm on 5/15/15.
